For thrill-seekers and history buffs, our wreck trips plunge you into a captivating world of submerged warplanes and ghost ships. For a more contemplative day, opt for apnea & snorkeling around the island of Giraglia, an exploration between marine life and relaxation.

Finally, a day of underwater hunting introduces you to this ancient practice in a responsible and supervised way.

Courses and training: learn, progress, certify

Cala Di Mare offers immersive 2-day courses combining theory, videos, practice at sea and safety modules. Each stage is designed to encourage gentle progress, without ever forcing the body or mind.

Training in compensation, based on Federico Mana's methods, enables you to acquire the essential technical skills needed to explore deeper in complete safety.

If you want to go further, international certifications (FFESSM, SSI, AIDA) can be obtained at the end of the courses, attesting to your progress and opening the door to new experiences.

Masterclass and stay: immersion with experts

Experienced freedivers can join exclusive Masterclasses, such as the one led by living freediving legend Umberto Pelizzari. These events combine theory, advanced practice, mental work and video analysis to explore human potential in depth.

And for an extraordinary experience, the school also organizes stays in the Y-40 pit, the deepest thermal pool in the world. Ideal for perfecting your technique in a totally controlled environment.
