Holiday rentals in Cap Corse between Bastia and Saint-Florent

Carole and her husband welcome you in a natural setting near Saint-Florent, straddling the villages of Patrimonio and Barbaggio. Casa Andria is open all year round. Via the Teghime pass, Barbaggio is at the junction between Bastia and Saint-Florent - a 20-minute and 10-minute drive respectively - and directly open onto Cap Corse via Farinole and its beaches.

Guest rooms and Gîte with swimming pool

Built between 2013 and 2014 in l'Osteria, the farmhouse and guest rooms have a modern style that puts comfort first. At the centre of the accommodation is a curved swimming pool measuring around 10 metres by 5 metres, with reflections shimmering through a wooded landscape with views of Mount Sant'Angelo. Carole and her husband have created a peaceful setting that you can enjoy from the tea room under the shade of the oak trees.

Casa Andria has Wi-Fi internet access with the option of activating an amplifier. A homemade breakfast is served either in the owners' lounge or on the terrace by the pool.

Home-made breakfast

Breakfasts are prepared by Carole, who has a passion for cooking and makes her own lemon, orange, grapefruit, apricot, myrtle and citron jams, as well as naturally pasteurised fruit juices, home-made bread, yoghurt and figatellu terrines.

Gîte for 4 to 6 people

Available by the night or by the week, the gîte is independent, spacious and comfortable. It has air conditioning, a television, a shower room and two bedrooms sleeping 4 to 6 people, making it ideal for a stay with family or friends.

5 guest rooms

You can also rent one or more fully-equipped guest rooms with independent access. Comfortable and spacious, with an average surface area of just over 17 m², each guest room can accommodate 2 to 3 people (1 x 160cm bed), with the option of adding an extra bed.

Catering Les délices de Carole

When you stay at Casa Andria, you'll meet Carole, a real enthusiast for cooking, who prepares home-made dishes every day for her family, her grandchildren and any guests who ask her to.

In January 2018, Carole's Delights was born for a catering service at home and by reservation. To do this, Carole completed a training course at the UMIH to become a table d'hôtes and takeaway. Dishes, desserts, cakes, you name it. Every morning, the pots and pans under the fire give out a delicious foretaste of the lunchtime meal, with local vegetables, fruit and citrus fruits, for 100% home-made preparations: floating island, canistrelli, aioli, shellfish, spring rolls, shortbread, fritters, Corsican veal tripe, fresh pasta... You'll also find homemade dishes at the U Spurtellu grocery shop.

A table d'hôte service is available for a single price of 32 euros/person - from aperitif to digestif - using seasonal Corsican produce from the micro-region.

Terrace and outdoor kitchen

Since 2021, an outdoor kitchen with a large dining table has been available so that you can enjoy a pleasant meal in fine weather.

Carole and her husband set out to make this a welcoming and spacious place, also taking into account the needs of people with reduced mobility.

Inauguration of the Osteria farm

Summer 2018 saw the opening of an organic farm and market garden covering an area of 4,000m² under the impetus of Carole's daughter Marianne and her daughter-in-law Justine. A farm with 250 hens produces more than 160 organic eggs a day, which are sold on site and at markets in Saint-Florent and Patrimonio.

Beach and walks to do

Casa Andria rentals are close to the beaches of Saint-Florent and Farinole. For a family outing with little walking, you can visit the Convent of Marianda in the neighbouring village of Farinole, accessible by the D333 road less than 15 minutes away, or take the customs officers' trail in Saint-Florent.
