Built at the beginning of the last century on the main street in Zonza, the hotel-restaurant l'Aiglon has seen generations come and go in this tourist village in the Alta Rocca, close to both Porto Vecchio and Solenzara.
Francescu Quilichini ensures the comfort of his guests every day. Open from April to October, the restaurant offers reinvented Corsican cuisine featuring the region's star products, such as chestnuts, pulenta, brocciu fritters, Corsican veal and award-winning wines.
The restaurant is an ideal stop-off point in the commune of Zonza, at the crossroads of numerous hiking trails.

The restaurant menu includes house specialities, hot and cold starters, pasta and home-made pizzas. You can choose from different set menus, including a menu priced at €28 that offers a starter, main course, and dessert. A children's menu is also available at €11.
Vegetarian menu since 1980
Francescu Quilichini, a pioneer in vegetarian cuisine, has been offering vegetarian dishes for 43 years, such as aubergine with tomato coulis, chestnut velouté, courgette tart au gratin, and vegetarian pizza with seasonal vegetables.
Guests can dine outside on the flower-filled terrace, which accommodates up to 34 people, or indoors in the 30-seat dining room. The restaurant also features a bar and a fireplace. A high chair is available for young children.

The Hôtel l'Aiglon is located above the restaurant and has 8 charming rooms, each uniquely decorated with either double or single beds. The attic rooms feature warm wooden paneling on the walls and ceilings, creating a cozy atmosphere.

Room rates from April to October vary only during August, while prices remain affordable. Half-board rates are consistent throughout the season.
